Vinyl Wrap Disclaimer
There are certain expectations that must be understood with vinyl wraps and we want these to be transparent for you the customer.
-
It is the clients responsibility to read through the disclaimer prior to finalizing booking and we cannot be responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final color/print.
-
Vinyl wraps are not a permanent product. The way the vehicle is cared for will determine longevity of the wrap and no time frame can be guaranteed.
-
Any wax or ceramic coatings will be removed prior to wrapping.
-
We require vehicles to be brought to us in a clean condition. We will prep the vehicle regardless but if the vehicle is unreasonable dirty there will be a cleaning fee added of up to $100.
-
We recommend hand washing any vinyl as they can scratch with brushes/car washes.
-
Sometimes seams are necessary, it is a reality with vinyl that certain things cannot always be done seamless.
-
Deposits are required prior to booking and they are final and non-refundable.
-
The vehicles body and paint condition can have a negative effect on the vinyl and will be discussed and made clear prior to installation.
-
A vehicle wrap is not a paint job and as such there needs to be the expectation of certain imperfections to a small degree. Such is the reality of vinyl wraps and that is why they are a cheaper, temporary option. We provide as clean as work as possible but understand that this is done by human hands and absolute perfection to the degree of a proper paint job can never be guaranteed by anybody. Certain deep recesses and extreme curves can result in original paint showing. We do the best we can do but 100% coverage is not always guaranteed but any paint showing will be minimal.
-
When we speak of acceptable imperfections these are generally very, very small details that are largely unnoticeable that do not subtract from the overall quality of the installation. Feel free to inquire further if you have any concerns.
-
Sometimes certain areas may lift and we will take care of those as best as we can. It is a reality in the industry, everything can be done perfectly and look perfect upon delivery but once the vehicle is out in the sun/elements these things can happen but we will take care of any issues as best as we can.
-
We recommend a 2 week checkup to clear up any lifting/failing and bubbling areas.
-
We may need to remove certain parts on the vehicle for proper vinyl installation.
-
Improper paint preparation can result in paint being pulled when vinyl is removed. Nesa Graphics is not responsible for any paint damage prior or after installation.
-
Nesa Graphics is not responsible for any damage to the vinyl after installation.
-
Nesa Graphics cannot guarantee the time required to complete the work.
